Shipping Policy
PHYSICAL ITEMS
All physical items are packaged and shipped out of the UK.
Shipping costs reflect actual shipping costs and packaging materials.
Some items benefit from free untracked worldwide shipping.
Shipping inside of the UK:
- All orders of physical items with letter size exclusion are shipped with Royal Mail 48H or 24H tracked service, tracking link is provided upon fulfilment
- All letter size orders (i.e. no more than 2 x Stick & Stitch Packs or no more than 5 x Foxy Needle Threader or a lesser combination of both) are shipped Royal Mail 2nd or 1st Class letter service
Shipping to the EU:
- All orders of physical items with letter size exclusion are shipped with Royal Mail International tracked or signed service. If available tracking link is provided upon fulfilment
- All letter size orders (i.e. no more than 2 x Stick & Stitch Packs or no more than 5 x Foxy Needle Threader or a lesser combination of both) are shipped with Royal Mail Priority untracked service
- You may be required to pay taxes and duties on import. This is collected by your country's authorities prior delivery according to their established methods. Note that paying taxes and duties is customer's responsibility.
- If you refuse to accept delivery and pay duties to the authorities if you are required, please contact. Please read Returns and Refund Policy for further information about what happens if you refuse delivery
Shipping to the Rest of the World:
- All orders of physical items with letter size exclusion are shipped with Royal Mail International tracked or signed service. If available tracking link is provided upon fulfilment
- All letter size orders (i.e. no more than 2 x Stick & Stitch Packs or no more than 5 x Foxy Needle Threader or a lesser combination of both) are shipped with Royal Mail Priority untracked service
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
- All digital downloads are delivered automatically via email upon order confirmation
- Please make sure to download your file(s) as soon as possible after your purchase
