Cancellation

Certain items in my store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try-before-you-buy purchase. This policy explains how each type of purchase works, and under what conditions you may change or cancel.

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

• Payment: Your payment details will be stored securely and charged automatically at the agreed interval unless you choose to prepay in advance.

• Renewals: Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.

• • Monthly, flexible subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

  • Discounted multi-month plans (e.g. 3-month commitment) cannot be cancelled mid-term. By purchasing a locked-in plan, you agree to complete all payments for the commitment period in exchange for the discount.

• How to manage: Your order confirmation email contains a link to your subscription portal where you can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription.

2. Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product not yet in stock or in production.

• Payment: I may collect a deposit, full payment, or store your payment method for later charge when the item is ready to ship.

• Cancellation:

  • Pre-orders that are partially paid and not yet fulfilled may be cancelled for a refund of the deposit.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled (shipped), it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund under the Returns & Refunds Policy.

   

3. Try Before You Buy

For eligible items, you may select a try-before-you-buy option.

• Authorisation: Your payment method will be authorised (but not charged) when the order is placed.

• Trial Period: You will have a set number of days (stated at checkout) to decide whether to keep or return the item.

• Charges:

  • If you return the item within the trial period in its original condition, no payment will be taken (return shipping may apply).

  • If you do not return the item within the trial period, your payment method will be charged in full.

   

4. General Terms

• You are responsible for reviewing your order confirmation carefully and managing your purchase through the provided links.

• Duties, taxes, or tariffs collected at checkout are non-refundable unless the order itself qualifies for a full refund.

• I reserve the right to update or amend this Cancellation Policy at any time.
