  • sharp objects inside – these cases are designed to store needles, pins, or small scissors. always handle with care when opening and closing.
  • not suitable for children under 14
  • keep away from children & pets – small, sharp contents can be dangerous if handled unsupervised.
  • do not overload – avoid forcing too many needles or tools inside; this can damage both the case and your tools.
  • avoid moisture – vegetable-tanned leather can stain or warp when exposed to water. store your case in a dry environment.
  • patina development – over time, your case will naturally darken and soften, creating a unique finish. this is part of the character of full-grain leather.
  • customisation – some cases can be personalised. please note that once stamped or engraved, these marks are permanent.
  • longevity tip – occasionally condition with a neutral leather balm to keep the leather supple.
  • leather is a natural material – avoid excess water, oils, or direct sunlight to maintain its look and strength
  • wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth; if desired condition occasionally with neutral leather balm

about the pieces

made in small drops, each piece is designed to solve real stitching frustrations – from keeping needles safe to protecting scissors. these are functional tools, crafted with beauty and care, and unlike anything you’ll find mass-produced.

about the process

each piece is cut, stitched, and finished by hand – no shortcuts. I choose leathers for their character and durability, and pair them with strong threads and hardware built to last. the result: tools that get more beautiful the more you use them.

about me

I started leatherworking to solve my own stitching frustrations – where to keep needles safe, how to carry tools, how to protect scissors. each piece begins with a problem I’ve had as a stitcher, and ends with something timeless that others now love too.

FAQs

drops

why are drops limited?

I release cases in small batches so I can focus on quality and detail. once a drop sells out, it’s gone until I open the workshop again. this way, every case gets the attention it deserves – and you know yours is truly special.

how often are drops?

my aim is to have drops for leather accessories every couple of months, but it heavily depends on my other commitments.

everything is made by hand, and takes many hours to complete.

what if I miss a drop?

each drop is limited, and once it closes the pieces aren’t guaranteed to return. the best way to make sure you don’t miss out is to join my email list or the waitlist – I always announce drop dates there first. join above.

logistics

how long does production take?

updated last: September 21st for the drop on October 7th

this time round production time will correspond to the embroidery kit's drop production. the aim is to ship everything out by November 4th. if delays happen I will reach out via email and let you know.

do you ship internationally?

yes, I ship to most countries with some exceptions:

Germany
France
South America
Africa
Middle East

shipping times vary.

how long is shipping?

each piece is handmade to order. during a drop, production usually takes about 2–3 weeks, but the timings are updated for each drop.

shipping times depend on your location (typically 3–5 days in the UK, 1–2 weeks for the USA and beyond).

materials

what leather do you use?

I use premium vegetable-tanned Italian leathers from renowned tanneries. these leathers are durable, age beautifully, and develop a rich patina with use – meaning your case will only get better with time.

what thread do you use?

I use waxed nylon thread made specifically for leather craft in thickness between 0.45 and 0.8mm.

using this thread helps make leather products water resistant.

what hardware do you use?

snap buttons, rivets, grommets – you name it, whatever the piece calls for.

I use a healthy mixture of readily available and sometimes more premium hardware.

customisation

can I choose colours?

yes! you can customise leather colour, thread colour, hardware finish, and even add stamped letters, although there is a character limit on those depending on which piece you're getting.

is personalisation available?

yes! personalisation is available on most pieces, with character limits that vary depending on the item you choose.

does it cost extra?

at this moment, nope.

however it is possible that in the future personalisation (stamping) will be have a small additional fee to cover the extra time spent on the piece.

misc

how do I care for leather?

leather is low-maintenance but does appreciate some care. wipe with a soft dry cloth, avoid soaking in water, and every few months apply a little leather balm or conditioner to keep it supple.

do you offer non-stitchy items?

kinda 👀
right now, I'm seriously exploring this craft and perfecting my techniques.
