log in to your account:

1. use the same email address you used to sign up for the Squad to log in.
2. once inside your account, click “subscriptions”.
3. under your active subscription, you’ll see the link to download your pattern files.
4. click and save them to your device.

please note that these files are premium quality, so they might take a bit of time to load and download.

but please do remember to download your files each month before the cut-off (usually last day of the month 11:59 PM BST)

you have the entirety of the month to download the current pattern, the cut-off is the last day of the month 11:59 PM BST.

a brand new Squad pattern gets released on the 1st of every month (roughly 4AM BST).

you will receive the order confirmation for the subscription renewal via email, as well as a separate email with the downloads link.

automatic renewals:

no matter what day of the month you signed up, your next payment will automatically be taken on the 1st day of the following month.

cancellation:

you can cancel your subscription any time unless you opted for a three month lock (discount is valid on the first three payments only), then you can cancel after three months

starter pack:

if you chose to subscribe through Starter Pack, your first month's pattern is free. the following month your subscription will renew at a regular price.

all Squad patterns come with 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8" templates. depending on your preferred way of stitching (aka what type of thread you're using and how many strands of it) 5" or 6" is the sweet middle ground.

I stitch all Squad patterns in 3.94" Nurge hoops using single strands of DMC Stranded Cotton (Mouline Special) and re-hoop in 2.75" hoops by Hardwicke Manor for display.
